Appointment Cancellation

All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call to be eligible for a deposit refund. A new appointment will need to be scheduled. To reschedule an appointment, please contact me for the next available booking. 

Rescheduling 

Any rescheduling must be made 48 hours in advance, otherwise a 25% rescheduling fee will be applied to your service. To reschedule an appointment, please contact me for the next available booking. 

Late Appointments

If you are 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, a fee of $20 will be added to the total service price. Anything after 20 minutes will be required to re-book another appointment.

Deposits

Half deposit is required prior to secure booking. NO exceptions. All deposits can be accepted via Visa, MasterCard, cash, or by PayPal. The remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment. 

No Shows

Clients that do not show for their scheduled appointment will not recieve a refund of their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full.
